Agreement to These Terms

By using this website, completing an online purchase, scheduling an appointment, enrolling in a membership, or affirmatively accepting these Terms where presented, you agree to the provisions that apply to your transaction or participation.

UV Tanning Is Restricted to Adults 18+

No person under 18 years of age may use UV tanning equipment at Bradford Tanning Salon.

Bradford Tanning Salon may require government-issued identification to verify age or identity before a service is provided.

Purchasing a UV tanning package online does not establish eligibility to use UV tanning equipment.

Online Purchases & Payments

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Prices displayed at checkout are the prices applicable to the transaction at the time the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors and applicable law.

A completed online purchase does not guarantee immediate availability of a particular tanning bed, booth, service, provider or appointment time.

Packages, Sessions & Services

Bradford Tanning Salon may offer individual sessions, multi-session packages, memberships, promotions and other service options.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the description and material terms applicable to a purchase before completing it.

Refunds, cancellations, package expiration, transfers and other purchase-specific terms are governed by the applicable offer and our Purchase, Cancellation & Refund Policy .

Recurring Memberships & EFT Billing

Certain Bradford Tanning Salon memberships may include automatically recurring charges.

Before enrollment, customers will be provided with the applicable price, billing frequency, recurring-payment terms and cancellation information.

Enrollment requires affirmative authorization of the recurring payment arrangement.

Recurring charges will continue according to the terms accepted at enrollment until canceled or otherwise terminated in accordance with those terms and applicable law.

UV Tanning

UV tanning involves exposure to ultraviolet radiation and carries health risks.

Customers must comply with all applicable safety procedures, exposure schedules, equipment instructions and regulatory requirements.

Approved protective eyewear must be worn during every UV tanning session.

Customers should inform salon personnel of medications, products or circumstances that may increase sensitivity to ultraviolet radiation.

Questions concerning medication or medical conditions should be directed to a qualified healthcare professional.

Massachusetts Warning Requirements

These Terms do not replace any warning notification, consent or acknowledgment required by Massachusetts law.

Purchasing a UV package online does not constitute completion of any required Massachusetts tanning warning form.

Spray Tanning

Spray tanning is a cosmetic sunless tanning service. Individual color development, appearance and duration vary depending on skin, preparation, aftercare and other factors.

Customers should disclose known allergies or sensitivities before receiving a spray-tan service.

Bradford Tanning Salon does not guarantee a specific cosmetic result or duration.

Red Light Therapy

Bradford Tanning Salon offers Red Light Therapy as a wellness and self-care service.

Bradford Tanning Salon does not diagnose disease, prescribe medical treatment, or represent Red Light Therapy as a substitute for professional medical care.

Customers with medical conditions, photosensitivity, medication concerns, pregnancy-related questions or other health concerns should consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.

Beauty Services

Beauty and cosmetic services may be provided by independent or separate service providers using their own booking systems, policies, cancellation terms and consent forms.

Equipment, Service & Appointment Availability

Equipment and appointments are subject to availability, maintenance, staffing, operating hours and reasonable operational limitations.

Bradford Tanning Salon may temporarily remove equipment from service for maintenance, repairs, safety or other operational reasons.
